Maximum Trailing Drawdown (The "Red Line")

Policy: The Trader's account equity must not fall below 20% of the highest recorded High-Water Mark (HWM) at any point.

Definition: The HWM is dynamic. As the account balance increases, the maximum allowable loss threshold adjusts upward proportionally.

Breach Consequence: Immediate liquidation of the account and termination of the evaluation or funded status. This limit does not revert downwards.

2

Minimum Trade Duration (Anti-Scalping)

Policy: Every trade must be held for a minimum of 4 minutes from the moment of execution. Not because we don't trust you. Because the traders who last — don't need to close in under 4 minutes.

First offence — We let it go. Once. Consider it noted.

Second offence — Account breach. Terminated. No negotiation. No appeal. No "the market moved fast." The 4-minute rule doesn't punish good traders. It simply makes it expensive to be a bad one.

3

Inactivity & Dormancy (The "48-Hour Rule")

Policy: The Trader must execute at least one valid trade within every 48-hour continuous period.

Technical Requirement: This is a strict requirement from our liquidity providers to maintain server allocation.

Consequence: Accounts inactive for more than 48 hours are automatically flagged for archival and deletion. Restoration is not possible.

Payout Policy & Profit Cap

Profit Split: 70% to the Trader / 30% to the Platform.

Eligibility: Payout requests may be initiated only after achieving a minimum of 10% net profit.

Maximum Profit Cap: The maximum withdrawable profit per cycle is capped at 50% of the starting account equity.

Procedure: Upon reaching the 50% profit cap, trading is temporarily suspended, and a mandatory withdrawal of the Trader's share (70%) is processed. The account is then reset to the initial balance.

5

Trading Strategies (Bots & EAs)

Authorization: We allow the use of Expert Advisors (EAs) and trading bots.

Restrictions: High-Frequency Trading (HFT), tick-scalping, and arbitrage strategies are strictly prohibited.

Liability: Traders are responsible for their bot's performance. Malfunctions leading to rule violations will typically result in account failure.

6

Refund & Risk Policy

Service Nature: The fee paid is for an Evaluation Service and access to a simulated trading environment. It is not an investment deposit.

No Refunds: All fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced (first trade executed).

Risk Warning: Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
